Terms of Service

By ordering a commission you are complying with the Terms of Service in its entirety.
** Ignorance of the terms does not invalidate the terms stated below.**

Legal Information

◇_Any art commissioned belongs to the client, however, it can only be used for personal reasons. Using my work for commercial or monetary gain without expressed written permission will result in blacklisting and rights to the artwork being revoked.

◇_I, the artist, may repost any and all commissioned art to personal online galleries and portfolios and may use it in advertisement pieces for my services, but I will never sell or distribute your commission commercially or for profit. Original designers and current owners still maintain full rights to the character.

◇_Clients are free to publish a commissioned piece to their personal galleries as long as credit is given.

◇_Once a sketch is sent via private messages to the client a refund can no longer be requested unless special circumstances arise.

◇_Under these circumstances, once a refund has been completed the client loses full rights to the image and the sketch. Reposting the sketch or finishing it yourself is art theft and will result in immediate blacklisting from all my services.

◇_In purchasing a YCH (Your Character Here) please note that no refund may be provided after payment has been processed since a sketch is already provided.

As of current, the only accepted payment is via Paypal. I will not work for trade or “exposure”.

Procedure

◇_You are allowed to request information about the status of your commission up to once a week.

◇_Anymore may be considered harassment and can result in being blacklisted from future commission openings *

_*The only exception is if a strict deadline is approaching and I have failed to contact you about delays beforehand. **

◇_Commissions can take anywhere from 3 to 30 days depending on conditions in my personal life and my current queue.

◇_Major edits cannot and will not be made after I’ve begun inking.

◇_You will be provided with a sketch for your approval before I begin inking.

◇_Minor color corrections and modifications are fine even after inking.

◇_If there is a strict deadline for your commission I need to know a minimum of a week in advance of the deadline or your commission will automatically be rejected.

◇_I work on multiple commissions at a time and do not always move through my queue in a linear pattern.

Content

◇_As an artist, there are certain topics and themes I refuse to draw. Unacceptable themes include but are not limited to:

◇_Graphic depictions of physical abuse or rape

◇_Misogynistic, homophobic, or racist imagery

◇_Sexual imagery involving feral animals

◇_Extreme obesity/inflation fetishes

◇_Sexual imagery involving minors

◇_Extreme muscles

◇_**If you’re unsure if your desired theme is acceptable feel free to discuss it with me privately. **

Extra charges

◇_I maintain the right to add a fee to the base price of commissioned work if it includes any of the following:

◇_A deadline of fewer than two weeks in advance

◇_Subjects outside of my artistic comfort zone

◇_Sexual themes and imagery

◇_Additional body parts (Wings, horns, extra tails, tentacles, etc.)

◇_Complex designs

◇_These charges come on a case by case basis and you will be informed if any apply during the initial consultation and quote.
